Tentacles & Failed Prototypes

Studies for the creature legs: strips of paper scored at intervals so each segment curls a little more than the last, working out how to make a flat cut read as a tentacle once it leaves the table. Shown with a few of the plotter-cut prototypes that never stood up, dark sheets of domed heads and dangling legs from before the form settled.
